ASHRAE Standard 90.0-2001 Energy Standard for Buildings

The purpose of this standard is to provide minimum requirements for the energy-efficient design of buildings except low-rise residential buildings.

Written in code language, this document provides the minimum requirements for the building envelope and systems and equipment for electrical power, lighting, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, service water heating and energy management. Applies to new high-rise residential buildings and new commercial buildings. The code comes with one state and/or appropriate ACP table. Table is determined by the state or city address supplied by the purchaser.
